Sonhos Intensivos is an installation of sand, twine, mirrors and found natural objects. Viewed at night with candles reflecting the light onto the mirrors and water in immersed clay pots, Sonhos leaves the audience in a meditative space. The materials used reflect the juxtaposition of intense poverty and immense beauty of the Brazilian Northeast.
