In addition to her MA in Climate Science and Policy from Columbia University, in 2006, Tara was selected as a representative to Al Gore's The Climate Project. Since then, she has given numerous lectures and workshops throughout the world on the topics of climate change science, policy, and solutions. Her presentations focus on building collaborative partnerships with schools, community organizations, climate-related non-profits, and research institutions to approach climate education in a comprehensive manner. Participants then work to develop and implement curriculum, outreach, public events, and other forms of solution-based education to combat this dire environmental concern. Tara's climate presentations have been showcased throughout the local and international community, including: the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development, the American Museum of Natural History, Columbia University, NYC's Fashion Week and throughout schools, businesses and community centers.
